Dr Aengus Tran

Co-Founder and Clinical AI Director

Trained at UNSW, Dr Tran is a medical doctor and world-ranked Al engineer and data scientist. He invented IVY, the breakthrough Al model that uses machine learning to assist in selecting the best embryo for IVF treatment. In 2018, Dr Tran and his brother, Dimitry launched Harrison.ai; an Al company dedicated to making healthcare more efficient and affordable for patients through meaningful collaboration with clinicians.

Dimitry Tran

Co-Founder & Board Director

Dimitry Tran is a medical technologist with a decade of experience across healthcare startups, international hospital operations and NGOs. He has dedicated himself to increasing the quality and accessibility of healthcare, especially in low-resource settings. He was the Head of Innovation at Ramsay Health Care, one of the largest hospital groups in the world, with over 470 facilities in 11 countries including Australia, Europe and Asia. Dimitry was an Honorary Associate at University of Sydney Medical School, and currently a member of the Advisory Board at Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine.

Lakshmi Gudapakkam

CEO

Lakshmi Gudapakkam brings a wealth of healthtech expertise to usa.annalise.ai having served in senior global technology and business leadership roles for more than 20 years. Notably, Lakshmi has worked for GE Healthcare & Philips Healthcare and more recently Quest Diagnostics in the US, serving as their Vice President and General Manager for their East Region.

Across his career, Lakshmi has dealt closely with both technologists and clinical experts in radiology and imaging, providing a broad network and the perfect mix of skills and business acumen to help translate complex technologies into specialist healthcare.

Dr Rick Abramson

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Rick Abramson, MD, MHCDS, FACR, is a US-based physician leader and board-certified radiologist. Dr Abramson brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare including prior roles in clinical practice, academic research, policy development, and management. Previously corporate vice-president over the radiology service line at HCA Healthcare, Inc., Dr Abramson led enterprise strategic development for radiology and artificial intelligence across HCA’s network of 185 hospitals in the US and the UK.

Professor Peter Brotchie

Clinical Lead, Neuroradiology AI

A neuroradiologist at a major teaching hospital in Melbourne, Australia, Prof. Brotchie has also trained as a neuroscientist with a PhD from Monash University and a Postdoctoral Fellowship from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston. After gaining his specialist qualifications in radiology (FRACR), Prof. Brotchie undertook a neuro-MRI Fellowship at California’s Long Beach Memorial MRI Center. On returning to Australia, he became Director of MRI at University Hospital in Geelong for 12 years before taking up his current clinical role in Melbourne. More recently he spent a six month sabbatical in artificial intelligence with the Center for Clinical Data Science in Boston.

Professor Catherine Jones

Clinical Lead, Chest Imaging AI

Prior to her surgical and radiological training in the UK, Dr Jones earned degrees in mathematics and physics, then medicine at the University of Queensland. After a cardiothoracic radiology fellowship in Vancouver, Canada she returned to Australia to begin private practice with the I-MED Radiology Network. Now, as cardiothoracic lead at I-MED, Dr Jones is an executive member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Thoracic Radiology and sits on multiple committees at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.

Dr Ronald Shnier

Board Member

A practising radiologist specialising in MSK and prostate imaging, Dr Ronald Shnier is also the Chief Medical Officer of I-MED Radiology Network. He followed his training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with an MSK fellowship at UCLA and went on to become General Manager of Mayne Diagnostic Imaging and Clinical Director of the Neuroscience Research Centre in Randwick. Currently vice president of ADIA, Dr Shnier sits on the boards of I-MED and Lumitron as non-executive director and is chairman of Vectus Biosystems.
